Photo shoot for Mio C320, C520 and C520t.

On an early morning on 27 February, under a greyish Brussels sky, a couple of people gathered around an exit of a railway station. Some of them were carrying suitcases, others tripods and flight cases.

It was the team gathering for a new Mio photo shoot; models, stylist, photographer, art director and 2 members of the Mio Marketing team. Stars of the day however, were the recently launched Mio navigation devices: C220, C320 and C520.

For starters, the models had their makeup done and got dressed for the first shots. The photographer and art director started setting up their gear at the first location.

The first location was the exit of the Brussels Luxembourg railway station, a futuristic glass and metal arch over the stairs leading to the station. After tens of shots in different outfits, including a range of gorgeous/beautiful handbags provided by Nobody, the whole crew collected their gear and headed for the next location.

Off we were to Sint-Pieters-Leeuw ,for the shots ‘at home’. Our home for the day was a show home, provided to us by BIK, a Belgian construction company. After the interior shots, the set was moved outside to the driveway. There we found our car for the day, a Suzuki SX4, provided to us by Suzuki Belgium.

Due to the heavy downpour, the driving shots on a country road nearby had to be cancelled unfortunately. After the shots in the house we went back to downtown Brussels, to a cosy coffee shop called Lunch Corner. Our models ordered some coffee, and sat at one of the tables chitchatting while the photographer did his thing.
